2. General Rules

2.1. Changes to the Rules

ON-X reserves the right to update the text of the Rules at any time and add new rules. New rules or a new version of the Rules shall enter into force and apply immediately after being published on the website. The updated Rules shall govern all wagers placed after their publication.

2.2. Age Restrictions

Persons under the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as the "Permitted Age") are prohibited from registering on the Company's website and/or placing bets. Use of the Website by persons under the Permitted Age constitutes a direct violation of the Agreement. Accordingly, we have the right to request documents confirming the player's age. A player may be refused services and their account may be temporarily suspended if, upon our request, evidence is not provided confirming that the player's age meets the Permitted Age requirement.

2.3. Personal Data Security

To demonstrate our firm commitment to conducting business in accordance with global standards, we publish this information protection provision. We believe that proper business relationships can only be built on honesty and trust. Therefore, the confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us.

You can enjoy playing knowing that we take all necessary measures to ensure the security of your transactions. All of your data (including your e-mail address, IP address and other information) is private and confidential and will not be transferred, sold or distributed to third parties. Our casino adheres to an anti-spam policy. 2.4. Multiple Registration

Opening more than one gaming account is prohibited. If it becomes known that a participant has multiple gaming accounts, all accounts except one will be closed, and thereafter special offers from the Company will only be sent to the address associated with the remaining gaming account. If there is a suspicion that a participant has opened multiple gaming accounts for the purpose of obtaining benefits from promotional offers or bonuses, the Company has the right to revoke all bonuses and offers and exclude them from subsequent bet calculations.

2.5. Deposit Wagering

Sports bets placed using the real balance do not count towards deposit wagering requirements.

3. Rules for Accepting Bets

3.1. Bets are accepted on the regular match time, unless otherwise specified in the Rules (or in the sports market).

3.2. Bets are accepted before the event starts. The exception is live betting, which ON-X accepts on events currently taking place. By placing the relevant bet, the player confirms that they do not know the outcome of the event on which the bet is being placed.

3.3. All disputed issues (incorrect bet settlement, unsettled bet, etc.) are accepted within 30 days from the completion of the event.

3.4. Changes to the Betting Line (winning odds, handicap and total values, limits on accumulator bets, maximum bet amount, etc.) may be made by ON-X at any time. The terms applicable to bets placed by the Player before such changes to the Betting Line remain unchanged.

3.5. The minimum and maximum bet amounts for all sporting events are determined by ON-X and may be changed without prior written notice.

3.6. Any bet (including a live bet) placed on an event whose result was already known at the time the bet was placed shall be deemed invalid and refunded, and shall also be excluded from an accumulator bet and system bet.

3.7. If, for any reason, a team is awarded a technical defeat in a match or a participant is disqualified before the match is completed, all markets for which the result is known at the time the match is interrupted shall be settled according to the available results, while the remaining markets shall be settled at odds of 1.

3.8. Although ON-X makes every effort to provide accurate information, the Company shall not be liable for obvious errors and/or omissions made by its personnel that may result in incorrect display of odds, entry of results, participant lists or event start times. The Company reserves the right to correct all obvious errors in accordance with the following provision.

3.8.1. If a bet is placed in real-time (live) mode, it shall be cancelled regardless of the outcome.

3.8.2. The Player is solely responsible for their bets. The Player must ensure that their bet details are correct. Once a bet has been placed and its acceptance confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the Player. All bets are clearly displayed on the screen together with a request to enter the player's password to confirm their agreement with the betting terms before they are accepted. Once a bet has been accepted, no amendments can be made.

3.8.3. Connection failures or other technical communication failures on the Player's side shall not constitute grounds for cancelling a bet if the bet has been registered on the server.

3.8.4. In the event of circumstances preventing the normal operation of the bookmaker (technical failures, staff errors, etc.), bets shall be deemed invalid and refunded to users in full.

3.8.5. In cases of incorrect bet settlement (due to technical failures, incorrectly entered event results, etc.), incorrectly settled bets shall be recalculated.

3.9. ON-X has the right to refuse to accept bets from Players without providing reasons, as well as from those who violate the Rules, and reserves the right to close or temporarily block individual Client accounts without prior notice.

3.10. More detailed information on Football betting is provided in the Football Rules section of these Rules.

3.11. Each player has two balances – a real balance and a bonus balance. Only the real balance is used for placing bets. Betting from the bonus balance is not possible.

4. Types of Bets

4.1. Single Bet – a bet placed on the outcome of one event. The winnings on a Single Bet are equal to the amount of the interactive wager/part of the interactive wager (bet price) multiplied by the winning odds set for that event outcome.

4.2. Accumulator – a bet placed on the outcomes of several independent events. An Accumulator is considered won by the participant if all events included in it are correctly predicted. An incorrect prediction of the outcome of at least one event results in the loss of the Accumulator. The total winning odds of the Accumulator are calculated by multiplying the winning odds of all outcomes included in the accumulator, followed by rounding to the nearest whole value to 2 decimal places. The Accumulator payout is equal to the total winning odds multiplied by the amount of the interactive wager/part of the interactive wager (bet price).

4.3. System – a combination of Accumulators representing all possible combinations of Accumulators of the same size from a fixed set of outcomes. A System is characterised by the same amount of the interactive wager/part of the interactive wager (bet price) on each Accumulator (System combination) and the same number of outcomes in each Accumulator. When placing a System bet, the total number of outcomes and the Accumulator size must be specified. The System winnings are equal to the sum of the winnings from all Accumulators included in the System.

4.4. Conditional Bet (Conditional Wager) – a chain of regular bets (Single Bet, Accumulator or System). The specific feature of this type of bet ("Conditional Bet") is that only the first (main) part of the bet price is paid, while the funds for the remaining (conditional) bets are taken from the winnings of the first part of the bet in the chain. Events included in the first part of the bet may not be included in a "Conditional Bet". If the entire main part loses, all conditional bets are also lost. If, for any reason, the winnings from the main part are insufficient to pay for at least one conditional bet, all conditional bets are removed from the bet slip (i.e. the winnings from the main part of the bet chain are paid out).

5. Live Betting

5.1. "Live" bets are bets accepted during the course of an event, only on outcomes whose results have not yet been determined. "Live" bets are offered both before and during the match only on outcomes whose results have not yet been determined, in the special "Live" betting section.

5.2. Odds in Live Betting

Event odds change in real time. The odds may increase or decrease between the selection of a bet and its acceptance, which may affect the amount of the winnings. The odds for these bets change continuously, reflecting the development of events during the match.

5.3. Results of Live Bets

For "Live" bets, the results used as the basis for settlement are the results that become known immediately after the event has ended. Any subsequent changes are not taken into account when settling the offered "Live" bets. ON-X settles "Live" bets based on its own statistical data regarding the actual course of the game. Unless otherwise specified, all bets on athletes who did not participate in the competition are considered invalid in "Live" betting. For outcomes whose results become known during the match, bets are settled, where possible, immediately upon the occurrence of the event.

5.4. All bets whose outcome was determined in "Live" mode (in particular, bets on who will score the next goal, receive a yellow card, whether the total will be "over" or who will win a particular part of the match, etc.) remain valid and are settled even if the tournament or event is interrupted.

5.5. Claims regarding bets placed on a live event are accepted for consideration within 24 hours from the start of the event.

5.6. If a match is interrupted or not completed within 24 hours, bets settled up to that point shall not be recalculated. For outcomes whose results are not unambiguously determined, which did not take place and/or were not fully completed, the winning odds shall be set to "1" (stake refund).

6. Account Management - Bet History

6.1. Previous bets can be checked at any time by accessing the "Bet History" section on the website. Using the date search filter, you can select the period for which your bets will be displayed.

7. Minimum and Maximum Bet

7.1. The minimum bet amount for all events and sports is the equivalent of EUR 0.5.

7.2. The maximum bet on an event is indicated in the current betting line and depends on the sport and event. It is determined by ON-X individually for each event and each type of bet and may be changed without prior notice of any kind. ON-X reserves the right to limit the maximum and minimum bet amounts on individual events, repeated bets on the same outcome, or effectively identical combinations of outcomes placed by one participant and/or a group of participants, as well as to introduce or remove restrictions of any kind for any participant and/or group of participants without additional notice or explanation of the reasons for such restrictions.

8. Specific Rules for Classic Sports Betting

8.1. Football

8.1.1. Bets on all football matches are accepted for regular time, including the time added by the referee to each half. The time added by the referee to the first half is indicated in official sources as 45’+X’ (where X is the number of added minutes) and is considered by the gambling operator to be the 45th minute of the match. The time added by the referee to the second half is indicated in official sources as 90’+X’ (where X is the number of added minutes) and is considered by the gambling operator to be the 90th minute of the match. Goals scored, player substitutions and other game events recorded during added time are considered to have occurred during regular time.

For competitions where, if the match ends in a draw after regular time, the regulations provide for extra time and/or a penalty shootout, the gambling operator's line includes the outcome "Match Winner" or "To Qualify". For competitions where qualification for the next round is determined by the aggregate result of two matches, the gambling operator's line includes the outcome "To Qualify" or "To Advance to the Next Round".

If an event ends before its official scheduled end time for any reason and its result is not recorded as final in official sources, all bets on such event are considered invalid and payouts are made as a stake refund at winning odds of "1". Exceptions are live bets on outcomes that have actually been completed and settled by the time the match was stopped, bets on the "To Qualify" outcome based on the aggregate result of two matches, or cases where the match was interrupted and resumed within 48 hours after the stoppage.

8.1.2. If an event does not take place within 48 hours after the scheduled start time indicated by the gambling operator's designated source and is marked as "postponed", "delayed" or "rescheduled", all bets on it are considered invalid and payouts are made at winning odds of "1". If the date and/or start time of the event are changed before it actually begins, the gambling operator reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the deadline for placing bets to a later date and/or time.

8.1.3. First Goalscorer. Own goals are not counted. If the first goal is an own goal, bets on the first goalscorer are settled based on the player who scores the second goal of the match. If all goals in the match are own goals, the "No Goals" selection shall be considered the winner unless otherwise specified on the bet slip and/or in the betting line. Bets on players who are substituted or sent off before the first goal is scored are losers. If a player did not participate in the match or entered the field after the first goal was scored, bets on that player are invalid and payouts are made at winning odds of "1". If the first goal is scored by a player for whom no odds were offered, all bets on other players are considered losers, except where the "Any Other Player" selection was offered. If the "Any Other Player" selection is offered, such selection includes all unspecified players.

8.1.4. Last Goalscorer. Own goals are not counted. If the last goal is an own goal, the last goalscorer shall be the player who scored the previous goal. If all goals in the match are own goals, the "No Goals" selection shall be considered the winner unless otherwise specified on the bet slip and/or in the betting line. All players who participated in the match are considered potential last goalscorers, regardless of whether they were on the field at the time of the last goal. If a player did not participate in the match, bets placed on that player are invalid and payouts are made at winning odds of "1". If the last goal is scored by a player for whom no odds were offered, all bets on other players are considered losers, except where the "Any Other Player" selection was offered. If the "Any Other Player" selection is offered, such selection includes all unspecified players.

8.1.5. Next Goal (Team). Bets are available during the match. Own goals are considered to have been scored by the team in whose favour the match score changed. If no next goal is scored, the "No Goals" selection is the winner.

8.1.6. Time of First/Last Goal. Bets on the first goal scored within a specific time interval, for example from the 1st to the 30th minute, shall be considered losers if the match is interrupted at 0:0 after that interval. If the goal is scored at 23:00, it is considered to have been scored in the 23rd minute; if the goal is scored at 23:01, it is considered to have been scored in the 24th minute.

8.1.7. Corner Kicks. Awarded but not taken corner kicks are not counted (for example, a corner awarded but not taken before the final whistle is not counted). If the referee does not count a corner kick and awards it again, it will be counted only once unless otherwise specified on the bet slip and/or in the betting line.

8.1.8. Comeback Win. Bets on the "Yes" selection win if the team wins in regular time after having been behind during the match.

8.1.9. Clean Sheet Win. Bets on the "Yes" selection win if the team wins in regular time without conceding a goal.

8.1.10. First Goal by Header. Bets on the "No" selection win if the match ends 0:0.

8.1.11. Will Any Player Score Exactly 2 Goals or 3 or More Goals. Bets on the "Yes" selection win if the player scores exactly 2 goals or 3 or more goals respectively during regular time. Own goals are not counted unless otherwise specified on the bet slip and/or in the betting line.

8.1.12. Goal in Stoppage Time. Bets on the "Yes" selection win if a goal is scored during the time added by the referee to the first or second half.

8.1.13. When settling outcomes concerning red and yellow cards, cards shown after the referee's final whistle and during half-time are not counted. Cards shown to staff or players not participating in the game (for example, coaches or players on the substitutes' bench) are not counted.

8.1.14. When settling the "Total Yellow Cards" outcome, a second yellow card shown to the same player is counted as a red card.

8.1.15. When settling penalty shootout outcomes, the results of penalties actually taken are counted, including cases where the shootout is ended early for any reason.

8.1.16. When settling Scorecast outcomes, the player who scored the first goal and the score after regular time are taken into account. Bets on this outcome are accepted at specially generated odds for outcomes interconnected within the same event. If the outcome is mistakenly accepted at the full odds applicable to a similar accumulator, the bet shall be settled using the special odds. For the "No Goals" outcome and a 0:0 score after regular time, settlement is made as a single bet on the exact match score. If the player did not enter the field during the game or entered after the first goal was scored, the outcome is settled as a single bet on the exact match score. Own goals are not counted when settling Scorecast outcomes. If a goal is an own goal and the score is 1:0, the Scorecast outcome is settled as a single bet on the exact match score. If the game is interrupted after the first goal has been scored and is not completed within the time limits specified by the Rules, Scorecast outcomes are settled as "First Goalscorer" at the corresponding odds.

8.2. Ice Hockey

8.2.1. Bets on ice hockey matches are accepted for regular playing time (3 periods of 20 minutes each, 60 minutes of playing time in total), unless otherwise specified on the Bet Slip and/or in the betting line.

8.2.2. Shootouts and overtime are taken into account for outcomes concerning a team's qualification for the next round, tournament winner and other relevant outcomes. At least 50 minutes of playing time must be completed for settlement, except where the outcomes can be settled at the moment the game is stopped.

8.2.3. If an event does not take place within 48 hours after the scheduled start time and is marked as "postponed", "delayed" or "rescheduled" on the source specified by the gambling operator, all bets on it are considered invalid and payouts are made at winning odds of "1". If the date and/or start time of the event is changed before it actually begins and the event is not marked as "postponed", "delayed" or "rescheduled" on the source specified by the gambling operator, the gambling operator reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the deadline for placing bets to a later date and/or time.

8.2.4. Bets on a participant are invalid and payouts are made at winning odds of "1" if the player did not participate in the match.

8.3. Basketball

8.3.1. Basketball bets on either team to win, a draw, and any outcomes for the second half and fourth quarter are accepted for regular time. Bets on all other offered outcomes include overtime unless otherwise specified on the bet slip and/or in the betting line.

8.3.2. If an event ends before its official scheduled end time for any reason and its result is not recorded as final in official sources, all bets on such event are considered invalid and payouts are made at winning odds of "1". The exception is live bets on outcomes that have actually been completed and determined by the time the match was stopped.

8.3.4. Bets on a participant are invalid and payouts are made at winning odds of "1" if the player did not participate in the match.

8.3.5. Player Points. For a bet to be considered a winner, the total number of points scored by the specified player in the match, including overtime, must be correctly predicted unless otherwise specified on the bet slip and/or in the betting line. The player must be on the court for more than one second for bets on that player to remain valid.

8.3.6. At least 35 minutes of the match must be played if the match was scheduled for 40 minutes, and at least 40 minutes for matches scheduled for 48 minutes, except where the markets can be settled at the moment the game is stopped.

8.3.7. If overtime is awarded based on the aggregate results of two matches, its result shall only be taken into account for markets concerning the team's qualification for the next round, tournament winner and other relevant outcomes.

8.3.8. When settling a market on player statistics, the total number of points, assists, rebounds, etc. recorded by the selected player at the end of the match, including overtime, must be correctly predicted. If the player did not participate in the game, bets on that player are settled at odds of "1".

8.3.9. Bets on 3x3 basketball are accepted on the result of regular playing time (a 10-minute period) or until one of the teams reaches 21 or more points during regular time. All other bets are settled including overtime. If the match ends in a draw, bets are settled at odds of 1.

8.4. Bandy, Field Hockey, Handball, Futsal, Beach Football, Beach Handball, Rugby, Water Polo, Beach Volleyball

8.4.1. Bets on all matches are accepted for regular time unless otherwise specified.

8.4.2. If an event ends before its official scheduled end time for any reason and its result is not recorded as final in official sources, all bets on such event are considered invalid and payouts are made at winning odds of "1", except where the event is interrupted and resumed within 48 hours from its start (or within the calendar playing week in "Rugby"). The exception is live bets on outcomes that have actually been completed and settled by the time the match was stopped.

8.4.3. If an event does not take place within 48 hours (or within the calendar playing week in "Rugby") after the scheduled start time and is marked as "postponed", "delayed" or "rescheduled" on the source specified by the gambling operator, all bets on it are considered invalid and payouts are made at winning odds of "1". If the date and/or start time of the event is changed before it actually begins and the event is not marked as "postponed", "delayed" or "rescheduled" on the source specified by the gambling operator, the gambling operator reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the deadline for placing bets to a later date and/or time.

8.4.4. Bets on a participant are invalid and payouts are made at winning odds of "1" if the player did not participate in the match.

8.4.5. Penalty shootouts and extra periods are taken into account only when settling bets on the match winner, team qualification for the next round, tournament winner and other relevant outcomes.

8.5. Boxing

8.5.1. The start of a bout is determined by the bell signal at the beginning of the first round. If a boxer is unable to continue the bout after the bell signals the start of the next round, the bout is considered to have ended in the previous round.

8.5.2. When settling the outcomes "Fight Result. Rounds", "Fight Result. Round Groups" and "Fight Ending. Round", only fully completed rounds are taken into account (where the result of the bout is determined early or one of the boxers is disqualified). Bets on the winner based on the full fight result are settled as winners provided that all rounds are completed in full.

8.5.3. When settling the "Total Rounds" outcome, only fully completed rounds are taken into account.

8.5.4. If the result of the bout cannot be determined or the bout is stopped without a decision on the result, bets on outcomes whose results are unknown are settled at odds of "1".

8.5.5. If the format of the bout is changed, bets on all outcomes except the winner outcome are settled at odds of "1".

8.5.6. Knockdown bets win if the referee starts a count.

8.6. Snooker

8.6.1. If a match is stopped, the player who advances to the next round or becomes the winner of the competition/championship is considered the winner, provided that at least one frame has been played in the match.

8.6.2. For settlement of frame, handicap and special bet outcomes, a sufficient number of frames must be played to determine the match winner. If the winner is determined before the match is completed and it is not possible to determine the winning outcome, bets on handicaps, frames and special bets are settled at odds of "1".

8.6.3. If the winner is determined before the full number of frames required for victory has been played, bets on the "Highest Break" outcome are settled at odds of "1", except where further play cannot affect the settlement of the outcome.

8.7. Baseball, American Football

8.7.1. Bets on these sports include overtime unless otherwise specified.

8.7.2. Bets on MLB baseball matches are placed with the starting pitcher specified, except for live bets where the starting pitcher may not be specified. Bets on all other baseball matches are offered without specifying the starting pitcher.

8.7.3. If an event ends before its official scheduled end time for any reason and its result is not recorded as final in official sources, all bets on such event are considered invalid and payouts are made at winning odds of "1", except where the event is interrupted and resumed within the calendar playing week in "American Football", at least 5 innings have been played ("Baseball"), and live bets on outcomes that have actually been completed and settled by the time the match was stopped, unless otherwise specified on the bet slip and/or in the betting line.

8.7.4. A baseball match and an American football match must take place on the scheduled day and at the scheduled location. 8.8.2. For "Driver vs Driver" bets to be settled, both drivers must start the race. If neither driver is able to finish, settlement is based on the number of completed laps. If both drivers complete the same number of laps, bets are settled at odds of "1".

8.8.3. When settling bets relating to a qualifying session, the qualifying session results are taken into account without considering subsequent changes to the starting grid.

8.8.4. If a race is not completed and is postponed without a final result being announced, bets whose outcomes cannot be determined at the time the race is stopped are settled at odds of "1".

8.9. MMA

8.9.1. The start of a bout is determined by the bell signal at the beginning of the first round. If a fighter is unable to continue the bout after the bell signals the start of the next round, the bout is considered to have ended in the previous round.

8.9.4. If the result of the bout cannot be determined or the bout is stopped without a decision on the result, bets on outcomes whose results are unknown are settled at odds of "1".

8.9.5. If the format of the bout is changed, bets on all outcomes except the winner outcome are settled at odds of "1".

8.10. Volleyball

8.10.1. The handicap and total for a volleyball match are stated in points unless otherwise indicated in the betting line.

8.11.6. If one of the participants refuses to continue playing for any reason (or is disqualified), they are deemed to have lost all remaining games and sets, and the payout is made based on the resulting score. The exception is live bets, for which only outcomes that have unambiguously been fully completed and settled by the time the match was stopped are settled.

8.11.7. If the withdrawal (disqualification) occurs before the start of the match, the winning odds for the bet shall be set to "1", except for bets on the participant's result.

8.11.8. If a tennis match is interrupted, not completed on the same day and postponed, bets on it remain valid until the end of the tournament in which the match was played, until the match is completed or until one of the participants withdraws.

9. Specific Rules for Esports Betting

9.1. Dota 2

9.1.1. The final settlement is based on the data recorded immediately after the destruction of one of the opponents' main buildings (Throne/Fortress/Nexus). The same settlement procedure applies if one of the teams surrenders (in this case, the Throne/Fortress/Nexus is not destroyed directly by the opponent). The win is awarded to the opposing team of the team that surrendered.

9.1.2. In the event of a technical loss in a round (map), or in the entire match, outcomes not determined at the time the technical loss is announced are settled at odds of "1". A technical loss includes a DDoS attack, a team or participant being late, a player substitution during the match, and other circumstances at the discretion of the referees or organizers. Settlement at odds of "1" is possible only before the game begins (before creeps/minions leave the barracks and enter the lanes). All subsequent bets following a technical loss or any unplanned situations (disconnect, a player leaving the game (leave), etc.) are settled according to the results.

9.1.3. A technical loss on a map is taken into account when settling bets (winner/handicap/total) for the entire match. In the event of a technical loss, the numbering of maps in the betting line also takes into account the round (map) won by technical loss.

9.1.4. Map advantage before the event. By regulation/referee decision (not to be confused with a technical loss or a handicap bet), one of the teams may in some cases be awarded a "walkover" map win. In the betting line and in markets on the total number of rounds (maps), or on the winner of a specific map in sequence, this "walkover" map is not taken into account. Therefore, the first map in the Line is the first map actually played by the participants.

9.1.5. Winner — a bet on the winner of the match.

9.1.6. 1x2 — similar to the Winner market, but includes a draw as a possible outcome. Offered in matches where a draw is possible (for example, in a bo2 series).

9.1.7. Handicap 0 — a bet on one team's victory without taking a draw into account. If the match ends in a draw, the bet is settled at odds of 1 (refunded).

9.1.8. Map No. — Winner — a bet on the winner of the selected map.

9.1.9. Map No. — Total Kills — a bet on the total number of kills made during a single map. All kills made before the end of the map are counted, including kills made after "gg" has been written in the general chat. Settlement is based on the final team kill score in the post-match statistics; therefore, deaths that are not credited as kills to the opposing team — kills by allied units, neutral creeps, suicides using abilities or items, etc. — are not counted. Please also note that a team's kill counter may differ from the total number of kills or deaths in the teams. For example, when a hero dies to enemy creeps or a tower, the kill is not credited to the opposing heroes but is credited to the opposing team and is included when settling Total Kills and Odd/Even Kills on the map.

9.1.10. Map No. — Duration — a bet on how many minutes the specified map will last. Calculated according to the in-game timer.

Example: for an over 36.5 bet, the map must last at least 36 minutes and 01 second for the bet to be considered a winner. Once the timer passes the 36-minute mark, the 37th minute begins; therefore, 37>36.5. If the map lasts less than 36 minutes (including exactly 36 minutes 00 seconds), the bet is settled as a loss.

9.1.11. Map No. — Total Kills Odd/Even — a bet on whether the number of kills made by both teams on the specified map will be even or odd, excluding kills by neutrals/allies, suicides, etc.

9.1.12. Odd/Even Maps — a bet on whether the total number of maps played in the match will be even or odd.

9.1.13. Total Maps — the total number of maps played in the match.

9.1.15. Correct Map Score — the player selects the exact final score of the match by maps. Example: for a Correct Map Score 0:2 bet to win, Team N2 must win 0:2; any other score results in a losing bet.

9.1.16. Map No. — Team to Draw First Blood — a bet on which team will make the first kill on the specified map, excluding kills by neutrals/allies, suicides, etc.

9.1.17. Map No. — Team N Total Kills — a bet on how many kills the selected team will make on the selected map. The final value of the team's kill counter (the score next to the timer) is taken into account, rather than individual hero kills or deaths.

9.1.18. Map No. — Race to X Kills — a bet on which team will first reach the selected number of kills. If neither team reaches the required number of kills, the bet is settled at odds of "1".

9.1.19. Map No. — Xth Kill — a bet on which team will make the Xth kill in the overall kill count. The kill count is based on the combined number of kills by both teams. If the total number of kills does not reach the required value, the bet is settled at odds of "1".

9.1.20. First Roshan Kill (Map No.) — a bet on which team will kill the first Roshan on the specified map.

9.1.21. Map No. Roshan Total Kills (over/under) — a bet on how many Roshan kills will occur on the selected map (more or less than the selected value).

9.1.22. Destroy the First Tower — a bet on which team will first destroy an opponent's tower. The team whose first tower is destroyed earlier than the opponent's is considered the loser, including cases where the tower is last-hit by its own team.

9.2. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO)

9.2.1. Winner — a bet on the winner of the match. The match is considered to have started after the first kill in the pistol round.

9.2.13. Team N — Total Rounds — a bet on the total number of rounds won by the specified team in the match, excluding overtime.

Example: a player bets on over 24.5 rounds for Team No. 2, and a Bo3 match ends with the specified team losing 11-16; 13-16. The total number of rounds won by Team No. 2 = 24 (11+13) — the bet loses because the number of rounds won is lower than the value specified on the Ticket. If the bet was placed on under 24.5 and the team won 24 rounds in the match, the bet wins.

9.2.14. Team N — Total Pistol Round Wins — a bet on whether the specified team will win the selected number of pistol rounds in the match.

9.2.15. Map No. — Total Rounds — a bet on the total number of rounds played on the map, excluding overtime. Example: if a player bets on over 26.5 and the total number of rounds played on the map is 26, the bet loses because the number of rounds is lower than the value specified on the Ticket. If the bet was placed on under 26.5 with 26 rounds played, the bet wins. The maximum number of rounds that can be played is 30.

9.2.31. Overtime — a map is won by reaching at least 16 rounds. In the event of a draw on the map (15-15), tournament regulations usually provide for 6 additional rounds, known as "overtime". Overtime is won by the team that first wins 4 of the 6 additional rounds. In the event of a draw in overtime (both teams win 3 rounds during overtime), another overtime (6 additional rounds) is played.

Please also note that a team's kill counter may differ from the total number of kills or deaths in the teams. 10. Bonus for Sports Betting

10.1.What is a Free Bet

10.1.1. Free bet - a type of bonus that allows a player to place a one-time sports bet without using their real money. It is an excellent way to learn about sports betting without investing your own money.

10.1.2. A Free Bet cannot be placed in parts; its entire nominal value must be used.

10.1.3. It can only be used for sports betting.

10.1.4. The bookmaker has the right to establish additional conditions for using a Free Bet, such as restrictions on odds, types of bets, sports, validity period, and so on. Details are specified directly in the terms of each individual Free Bet.

10.2. How to Use a Free Bet

10.2.1. It can only be used for sports betting.

10.2.2. As a regular bet. Go to the Betting section and select an event. You will be offered the option to place a bet using funds from your real balance or use a Free Bet. If the player wins, they receive their net winnings, while the Free Bet is returned to the bookmaker.

Example - a player receives a 500-ruble Free Bet. They place a bet on an event with odds of 2.00. The bet wins, and the player wins 1,000 rubles. The nominal value of the Free Bet (500 rubles) is deducted from these 1,000 rubles, and 500 rubles are credited to the balance.

10.2.3. The winnings are credited to the bonus sports balance, and the amount required to wager it is calculated taking the wagering requirement into account.

10.2.4. If the bet loses, the Free Bet "expires".

10.3. Sports Balance

10.3.1. The bonus sports balance must be wagered by placing sports bets after activating the corresponding balance. The bet amount is counted toward the wagering requirement. After the wagering requirement has been fully completed, the amount from the bonus sports balance is automatically credited to the real balance.

10.3.2. If, for any reason, the player does not wish to use bonus funds for sports betting, they may place bets exclusively using real funds without using the sports bonus.

10.3.3. If, at the time a bet is settled, the bonus sports balance from which it was placed has been deactivated, the winnings will still be credited to that balance and counted toward the wagering requirement.

10.3.4. Players may switch between bonus sports balances an unlimited number of times.

10.3.5. The balance is valid for 30 days from the moment it is created.

10.3.6. If a player has several Free Bets, balances are created for each win obtained from a bet placed using a Free Bet.

10.4. Wagering the Sports Balance

10.4.1. If the user wins using two Free Bets, when placing a bet from one sports balance, the funds are deducted and counted toward the wagering requirement specifically for the selected balance.

10.4.2. If the user wins using a Free Bet, but betting changes the bet status to unsettled, the user's sports balance remains at "0".

10.4.3. If, during a subsequent bet from the sports balance, the amount of the bet is sufficient to complete the wagering requirement, the difference between the remaining sports balance and this bet is transferred to the real balance, and the sports balance is no longer displayed to the player

10.4.4. If the event on which the Free Bet was placed is cancelled, the Free Bet "expires". If the player cancels a bet made using a Free Bet, the Free Bet will not be returned.

10.4.5. If, during the wagering of the balance, the sports event on which a bet was placed from this balance is cancelled, the funds are returned to this balance, and the amount of wagered funds is reduced by the refunded amount.

10.4.6. If a bet wins during wagering and subsequently changes to an unsettled status, the winnings are deducted from the sports balance until the bet is re-settled.

10.4.7. If a bet was placed using an unwagered sports balance that was deactivated before the bet was settled, the bet will be considered void and no further settlement will be made for it.

10.4.8. If a bet is placed using a sports balance that is subsequently wagered (the funds are converted into real funds), no further settlement will be made for such a bet.

10.4.9. Early withdrawal of funds cancels both the Free Bet and the bet placed using the Free Bet.

11.Cashout

Cashout – a betting function that allows a bettor to withdraw their bet before the selected event ends. Consequently, they have the opportunity to preserve part of their money if the bet is losing. Alternatively, they can take the amount while the bet on the outcome is still in progress if they believe the situation may change for the worse. Cashout in betting allows the bettor to collect profits early and protect themselves from losing the entire amount.

Cashout is not available for all sporting events; the amount may differ from the original bet, as determined by the bookmaker. There may also be certain restrictions, for example, based on odds. If Cashout is unavailable, the Cashout button will not be displayed on the bet.

The Cashout amount is returned to the balance from which the bet was placed — real or sports balance.

12. RULE CHANGES

11.1. These Rules and their appendices may be amended unilaterally by the gambling operator, and gambling participants are notified thereof by the gambling operator publishing the relevant information on the gambling operator's "ON-X" website.

11.2. The terms of bets placed before the Rules are amended remain unchanged.

11.3. After amendments to the Rules come into force (the Rules in the new edition come into force), bets are placed in accordance with the amended Rules (the Rules in the new edition).
